Cole serviced my machine today and holy moly – what a job he did! He lubed everything, polished it and left me smiling! (He probably did more but it was so quick and efficient!) The water from the machine is colder than the mountains of the McKinley, the ice slightly crunchy but not TOO much, and wow! Talk about a silent machine – it doesn’t make a peep! Cole is like The Waterboy but only about 35% as awkward. He cares about his job and loves supplying delicious water to everyone – he has no prejudice! Bless the water God.
Installation was easy and painless. Ian came quickly after our request to get new service for a forty to fifty person office. Jodie was wonderful to work with for billing and vendor sestup! All around great experience so far! So ahppy to have found them!
I can not tell you how amazing this company and their service rep Steve are. I don’t live on the best side of town and our entire apartment complex relies on our one water machine. This machine is always serviced, tasting great and even though it gets vandalized quite often, Steve is always there to get it up and running right away. So many companies have let customer service go by the wayside but not this company especially in this area. I truly am so appreciative of his hard work and the great tasting water they provide.

Managing hydration across a 400-employee aircraft maintenance facility in Tucson came with serious challenges. Managing hydration and ice distribution across 13 retail nursery locations for a major landscaping company presented ongoing operational challenges. With approximately 350 employees, including multiple field crews leaving each site daily, the process of sourcing ice and water was inefficient and costly. Crews routinely stopped at convenience stores each morning, adding 15 to 20 minutes of downtime per team. These delays quickly added up, driving significant labor costs while also increasing expenses for purchased ice and water. At the same time, retail staff at each location needed reliable access to clean drinking water and ice throughout the day. Equipment placement added another layer of complexity, as several locations required outdoor installations where high temperatures could reduce ice production capacity.
Arizona Ice & Water approached the challenge with a data-driven and operational mindset. We began by analyzing usage patterns across all locations, with particular focus on the early morning demand spike as crews prepared for the day. By estimating ice and water needs per crew and factoring in ongoing retail demand, we determined the appropriate equipment sizing for each site. We also accounted for seasonal temperature fluctuations, especially during peak summer months when temperatures exceed 100 degrees. To maintain consistent ice production in these conditions, we implemented remote condenser systems in place of traditional air-cooled units, ensuring reliable performance regardless of the environment.
Today, each location is equipped with properly sized ice machines and water purification systems that support both field crews and retail staff. Crews can now fill their coolers with ice and access clean drinking water directly on site before heading out, eliminating unnecessary stops and reducing daily labor costs. The result is a more efficient operation, improved productivity, and a dependable hydration solution that supports employees throughout the workday.
